Trip to Sedona (3/18 - 3/20)

Here are several pictures taken in Sedona on 3/19/2010. If you are in the area, we highly recommend a drive up Schnebly Hill Road and the Red Rocks Loop.

The picture above is an exposure fusion using 3 exposures (-2, 0, +2) in Photomatics Pro. The shot was taken on the way up Schnebly Hill Road. Hand-held photo and exposure fusion by Joe.

The picture above is an HDR tonemapping using 3 exposures (-2, 0, +2) in Photomatics Pro. The shot was taken on Schnebly Hill Road near the top. There is still some snow in the upper mountins. Hand-held photo by Terri. HDR by Joe.

The picture above was taken from the Upper Red Rock Loop Road. We pulled off the side of the road and took the shot through the sunroof. Hand-held photo and HDR by Joe.

Here's a closer view of the same rock formation. Based on the differences in the clouds, this was taken from a different location on Upper Red Rock Loop Road. Hand-held photo and HDR by Joe.

The picture above is another shot taken from Upper Red Rock Loop Road. It felt like we were seeing something new and amazing around each bend of the road. It was hard not to stop more often on our drive. Hand-held photo and HDR by Joe.
